Da ich für ein Praktikum ein halbes Jahr in eine andere Stadt ziehen muss, würde ich meine Wohnung in diesem Zeitraum (1. Oktober 2023 bis 31. März 2024) gerne untervermieten.
Die Wohnung wird vollmöbliert übergeben (ohne Fernseher und Computer).
Ein Kellerabteil, ein Aufzug, sowie eine Küche mit Backofen und Kühlschrank sind auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt im Zentrum Bayreuths direkt am roten Main gelegen. Somit ist alles, was man braucht in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hier ein paar Beispiele:
Busbahnhof (ZOH): < 1 min
Supermarkt: < 1 min
Innenstadt: 2 min
Kino: < 1 min
Rotmaincenter: < 1 min
Universität: ca. 5-8 min mit dem Bus
Die Wohnung wird wie bereits erwähnt vollmöbliert übergeben, auf Wunsch auch inkl. Geschirr.
Vorab wäre eine Kaution von 1000€ zu zahlen.
In der Warmmiete ist ein Hausmeister enthalten, somit gibt es keine spezielle Hausordnung zu beachten.
Hinzu kommen noch Kosten für Strom und Wasser (je nach Verbrauch).
