Das Angebot gilt für 1 Person. Im Moment sind 2 Mieter im WG - Bereich.
Schlafzimmer (26 m²) Wohnraum (19 m²)Bad/Dusche/WC 14 m². Das Zweifamilienhaus befindet sich in Bayreuth / Laineck.
Das UG ist komplett abgeschlossen und durch das Treppenhaus erreichbar. Es ist kein anderer WG - Bewohner in diesem UG.
Alle Räume sind renoviert und mit neuen Möbeln und Fußböden ausgestattet.
Vermietet wird das Gästezimmer im UG, der Wohnraum und das Bad ist zur Benutzung inklusive, jeder Raum ist möbliert ( siehe Fotos ). Der Wohnraum ist ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kochplatte, Kaffeemaschine, Heißwasserkocher und Geschirr.
Alle Räume verfügen über Fußbodenheizung.
Inklusiv Nebenleistungen in der Nebenkostenpauschale enthalten:
Kabelanschluss TV (incl. GEZ), W-LAN 200 Bit Kabeldeutschland/Vodafone, Strom, Wasser, Warmwasser, Heizung, Müllabfuhr, sonstige Nebenkosten sind im Gesamtmietpreis pauschal, bei normalem Verbrauch, enthalten.
Der Gesamtmietpreis pro Monat im Voraus 350,00 Euro = (250,- € Miete + 100,-€ feste Nebenkosten) + Kaution 500,- Euro

The offer is for 1 person. At the moment there is two tenant in the WG area.
Bedroom (26 sqm) living room (19 m²) bathroom / shower / toilet 14 sqm. The two-family house is located in Bayreuth / Laineck.
The lower floor is completely closed and can be reached by the stairway.
All rooms are newly renovated and equipped with new furniture and flooring.
The guest room will be rented in the basement of, the living room and the bathroom is included for using, each room is furnished (see photos). The living room is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, cook plate, coffee maker, kettle and crockery.
All rooms have underfloor heating.
Including fringe benefits in additional costs:
Cable TV, wireless 100 Mbit / s cable Germany, electricity, water, hot water, heating and other incidental expenses, contained in normal consumption.
The total rent per month in advance 350,00 Euro = (250, - € rent + 100, - € fixed costs)
Damage deposit 500, - Euro
