I am leaving my cozy studio apartment in a newly-built complex in a great location in Adlershof. The flat is quite new (it has only been occupied by two people so far) and incredibly quiet. You don't even notice you have any neighbors! It comes with all the necessary furniture (shelves, kitchen desk, fridge, microwave, bed etc.). Also included in the price is a flat-screen TV and a cable program package. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower.
The studio is located in Adlershof, in the east side of Berlin (a new building in the Rudower Chaussee). It is a 23 sq. meters modern studio in a complex that was built 3 years ago. Literally across the street is a huge supermarket, hairdressers and clothing shops. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll reach nice restaurants, two gyms, cafés, parks, all the necessary stuff. A great location for students, as it is close to HU buildings.
The studio is two minutes away from the S-Bahn (lines S45, S46, S8, S85, and S9). The time to reach Alexanderplatz is 27 minutes (directly), Hauptbahnhof is 32 minutes (also direct), and 17 minutes to Warsauer Strasse. Also, a tram stop is literally in front of the building, taking you to Kopenick, which has beautiful lakes and lots of green, in just 10 minutes.
The studio belongs to Vegis Immobilien and the rent is 588 euro + electricity (depending on your consumption; I'm paying 40 euros a month. Most likely, you would be paying the same at the beginning). Internet is included in the price.
Please be aware that the deposit is three times the rent. Yes, I know, it's quite a lot, but unfortunately I'm not the one deciding on that.
If you wish, I can also leave a sofa for two and other equipment behind, for additional 100 euros. This of course depends on our agreement and is not a must :).
The following documents are required from the agency if you want to take over my contract.
· 1 digital identity photo
· Full copy of your identity card/passport
· Salary statements of the last three months / parents (beneficiary)
· Current SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) information
