Die Wohnung ist fast neu, gut gelegen im Adlershof in der Nähe der S-Bahn- und Bushaltestellen (3-5 min). Ebenfalls in der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt, Kaufland. Die Waschmaschinen sind kostenpflichtig. In der Nähe befindet sich Hu Berlin, das zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Die Wohnung ist zunächst für 1 Monate (ab 1. Jun) verfügbar, kann aber nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter länger gemietet werden.

Die Anzeige erfolgt vorzugsweise online. Die Wohnung ist für einen Studenten und / oder eine Einzelperson geeignet. Es gibt Möbel wie Küche, Utensilien, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Lampen, Utensilien, Mikrowelle, wifi. Haustiere und Rauchen sind in der Wohnung nicht gestattet.

The Apartment is almost new , well located in the Adlershof area close to the S Bahn and Bus Stops( 3-5 min). Also nearby is a supermarket, Kaufland. The washing machines are available but at a cost. Nearby is Hu Berlin, which is a walking distance.

The apartment is initially available for 1 month ( From 1st June) but can be rented for longer with a discussion with the landlord.

Viewing is preferably online. The apartment is suitable for a student and/or single person. There is furnishing such as kitchen, utensils, desk, Chair, lamps, utensils , microwave,wifi. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.

At the ground floor there is a bike storage( But the landlord has to be informed). A payslip (or one from parents) is required. Only online viewing.
