Die Wohnung ist komplett möbiliert, mit Couch, Schreibtisch und einem Bett für 1 Person. Das Bett lässt sich ausklappen und ist deshalb nicht auf allen Bildern zu sehen. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Raum und einem Bad mit Dusche. Die Wohnung wird immer sauber gehalten und ist angenehm hell durch die großen Fenster.
The appartment is full equipped with a couch, desk and a bed for one person. In the apartment You have one living room and a separate bathroom with a shower. Itˋs a very clean and bright apartment.
Die Wohnung ist super angebunden an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Wohnung liegt in der Gehrenseestraße in Hohenschönhausen direkt an der gleichnamigen Tramstation. Man kann also die M17 und die M5 mit der man in 20 min am Alexanderplatz direkt von der Haustür aus nehmen. 800m weiter ist die S-Bahn Station Gehrenseestraße von der man mit der S75 in das Zentrum fahren kann. Als Student kommt man sehr gut zur HWR Lichtenberg und HTW (15min). Zur TU hat man mit der S75 auch eine direkte Anbindung.
You are well connected to public transportation. Next to the apartment is the Tram station „Gehrenseestraße“ where you can take the M17 or M5 (20min to Alexanderplatz). 800m away is a S-Bahn station where you can take the S75 to the center. It‘s very easy for students to go to the HWR Lichtenberg or HTW and you can reach the TU directly with the S75.
Vom 23.12.2017 bis zum 25.02.2018 ist die Wohnung für 9 Wochen frei, da ich aufgrund meines Studiums für 3 Monate nicht in Berlin bin. Weil ich danach wieder in der Wohnung lebe ist es mir sehr wichtig, dass ihr die Wohnung im selben Zustand verlässt wie ihr sie bekommen habt.
Wohnungsbesichtigungen können wir per Mail oder lieber per SMS/WhatsApp vereinbaren.
You can rent the apartment from 23.12.2017 until the 25.02.2018 for 9 weeks. I will leave the apartment for this time because I work in another city during this period. In the end of February I‘ll be back in the apartment so it would be great if you would leave the apartment like you found it. We can make a appointment for a room tour via e-mail or WhatsApp.
