Hallo, I suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in der Warschauer Straße (3 Min zu Fuß U Frankfurter Tor & M10/21 Tramlinien, 12 Min zu Fuß S+U Warschauer Straße) ab dem 15. Juli. Mein jetztiger Vertrag, den Sie übernehmen würden, endet Ende September, doch können Sie danach einen neuen Vertrag unterschreiben, um länger zu bleiben. Anmeldung ist auch möglich ab dem 15. Juli.

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit Bett/Matratze, Küche, Kleiderschrank, Esstisch und Schreibtisch mit Stühlen, Bad etc. Sie ist im 1. Erdgeschoss und hat ein großes Fenster mit einer schönen Aussicht der Warschauer Straße, wo es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt (viele Restaurants und Laden, Rewe und Edeka in der Nähe). Sie ist sehr hell, wie Sie in den Bildern sehen können. Im Gebäude gibt es auch einen Raum mit Waschmaschinen.

Die Wohnung wird nur für Personen mit Bildungstätigkeiten vermietet, also nur für Studenten, Azubis, Praktikanten oder Leute die jetzt einen Sprachkurs machen.
Sie beträgt insgesamt 18m2 und die Kaltmiete ist 516€ (599€ warm all inclusive, Internet, Strom, Heizung und noch Eintritt für das Fitness Studio im Gebäude!)

Im Lobby gibt es viel Platz mit Tischen, Sofas, TV, Tischtennis etc um mit Freunden bequem zu chillen oder neue Leute kennenzulernen. Ein TV hat auch PS4 und Wii mit mehreren Spielen. Im Waschmaschinen Raum gibt es noch ein großes TV mit Sofas, Tischtennis, und Billard.

Für den Eintrag brauchen Sie ihren Ausweis, einen Einkommensnachweis und Nachweis des Studiums/Praktikums etc.

Hello, I am looking for a new tenant for my studio apartment in Warschauer Straße (3 minutes on foot U Frankfurter Tor & M10 / 21 tram lines, 12 minutes on foot S + U Warschauer Straße) from July 15th. My current contract, which you would take over, runs out at the end of September, but you can then sign a new contract to stay longer. Anmeldung is also possible from July 15th.

The apartment is fully equipped with bed / mattress, kitchen, wardrobe, dining table and desk with chairs, bathroom etc. It is on the 1st floor and has a large window with a beautiful view of Warschauer Strasse, where there are various places for shopping (many restaurants and shops, Rewe and Edeka nearby). It is very bright as you can see in the pictures. In the building there is also a laundry room. Please note that the apartment is only rented to people with educational occupations, i.e. only for students, trainees, interns or people taking language courses.

The studio apartment size is 18m2 and the cold rent is 516€ (599€ all inclusive, internet, electricity, heating and admission to the gym in the building!)

In the lobby there is plenty of space with tables, sofas, TV, table tennis etc. to chill out with friends or meet new people. A TV also has PS4 and Wii with multiple games. In the laundry room there is also a large TV with sofas, table tennis and a pool table.

Also if you are in the process of learning German, the Reception is also English-speaking and they will guide you through the process of moving in.

For the application you will need your ID, proof of income and proof of your educational situation (eg. certificate of enrollment).
