Beautiful Neukölln 1 Room Flat

Beautiful and sunny ground floor flat with insanely tall ceilings and garden in popular, trendy Schillerkiez. This flat is absolutely amazing and furnished very well. All appliances and the bathroom were brand new when I moved in 3 months ago. The landlord is very sweet and the neighborhood is really great. Closest Ubahn stop is Leinestraße. The flat has a cellar and gardenplatz and is 700 euro a month which includes everything (wifi, water, heat, furniture, etc.) except for electricity. The only reason I wish to leave is because I have gotten a new job in Prenzlauerberg and do not want to commute as far every morning even though the flat is close to the U8 which easily connects you anywhere. Please reach out to me if you have a one or two room flat (does not need to be furnished and I honestly rather it not be) on the ground floor, 1st or 2nd floor (higher than that must have an elevator as I have an old dog who doesn't get around very well)
I would like a renovated old building but I am open to any offers. Max warm rent after costs of 1000.

I have put some of the provided furniture in the cellar and replaced it with my own so the newer pictures will include some furniture that is not included. The apartment is nicely furnished with a loft bed (with a very comfortable mattress and a large shelf with a lamp), a sofa, a floor lamp, a large rug, a large table with chairs, a small wardrobe, entry bench, large mirror, all kitchen necessities, linens and storage space for clothes.
