15.1 - 01.3 Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Wohnung in perfekter Friedrichshain Lage :)

Da ich von Mitte Januar bis Ende Februar nicht in Berlin sein werde, biete ich meine schöne, gemütliche Einzimmer Wohnung in absoluter Friedrichshain Bestlage zur Untermiete an.

Ein großes Zimmer mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Couch, Kleiderstange, großem Spiegel, Kommode
Separate Küche
Bad mit Badewanne, Tageslicht
Balkon
Flur und begehbarer Kleiderschrank

Leider gibt es keine Waschmaschine, aber der Waschsalon ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar :)

Ich liebe meine Wohnung sehr und suche daher eine verantwortungsbewusste Person, die pfleglich mit meinen Sachen umgeht und im besten Fall ein Auge darauf hat, dass meine Pflanzen überleben ;)
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 1-2 Personen.


Since I will be out of town for a while I am offering my beautiful apartment in Friedrichshain for a sublet (about 1,5 months).
It's a fantastic classy Berlin place with high ceilings, a wooden floor and a bright bathroom. There is also a balcony.
It is fully furnitured and eenough quipped, no need to bring anything except a suitcase.
The flat is big enough for one person /a couple.
This is my home, so I would love to rent it out to someone who also treats it as such (and maybe waters my plants once in a while).
