Hallo ihr Lieben,
wir bieten euch ein ca. 18m² großes Zimmer in unserer 3er WG (meine Mitbewohner beide 24) in Mitte (Wedding) U-Bhf. Pankstraße vom 01.07.2013 bis 01.10.2013, wenn der Termin ein wenig abweicht ist es kein Problem, an.
Bis zum S-Bhf. Gesundbrunnen, also zur Ringbahn, sind es 5min. mit der U-Bahn und zum Alexanderplatz sowie der Friedrichstraße auch nur 10min.
Die 4 Zimmer Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 105m², eine Küche (Herd, Spüle, etc) und ein Bad mit Wanne, Waschmaschine und außerdem Zentralheizung und einen Keller für z.B. euer Fahrrad.
Und das GANZE zu einer Warmmiete, inkl. STROM und INTERNET/TELEFON von 290€ pro Monat.
Meine Mitbewohner (beide Studenten) sind total entpannt und ziehen gern mal um die Häuser. Bezüglich der Möbel in meinem Zimmer können wir gern sprechen, falls du etwas benötigst.

Zentrale Lage, 10min bis zum Alexanderplatz mit der U-Bahn. Bus und weitere Anbindung zum Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn) in 5min.
