während ich auf Reisen bin für 4 Monate vermiete ich meine kleine feine Wohnung in der es eigentlich alles gibt, was man braucht - superschnelles Internet, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, sogar einen kleinen Balkon (obwohl die Saison dafür fast vorbei ist, naja...)
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen zwischen Treptower Park und Maybachufer. Die nächste S-bahnstation ist ist Treptower Park und ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt auch Busse (104,194, 166) direkt vor der Haustür, die nach Neukölln, Kreuzberg oder Friedrichshain fahren. Supermärkte, Cafes usw. sind gibt es natürlich ausreichend.
kurz zusammen gefasst:
Miete: 590 inkl. allem (Wasser, Strom, Internet...)
Kaution: 500
bitte: keine Pärchen, sorry. (dies ist eine 1 Person Wohnung und der Vermieter gestattet nicht, dass mehr Leute hier wohnen )
Bei Interesse, gerne melden. Bitte erzählt mir ein wenig über euch. Ich habe diese Wohnung mit viel Liebe wohnlich gemacht und suche einen Untermieter, der das zu schätzen weiß und respektvoll damit umgeht.

My cute little flat is available while i'm travelling for 4 months. It has everything that you could ask for - fast Internet, a double bed, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen including a fancy coffee machine, even a balcony to relax on.
The area is really nice and quite. The closest S-Bahn Station is Treptower park, which is just a 10 minute walk away. There's also a bus stop (194, 104 and 166) just 3 minutes away, which will take you to Neukölln, Kreuzberg Friedrichshain.
Maybachufer and Treptower Park are super close and super nice to hang out . shops, supermarkets, bars and cafes etc. are all within a 5-10 minute walking distance.
rent: 590 incl. all bills.
deposit: 500
please: no couples, sorry. (this is a one person flat and the landlord does not allow, that more people live here )
