Die Wohnung ist 60m2 und möbliert besitz zwei Zimmer Mit jeweils 1 Bett, 1 Schrank und 1 Schreibtisch.Zimmer 1 ist 26m2. Zimmer 2 ist 20m2 mit Balkon. Eine schöne Küche mit Esstisch, ein Bad mit Badewanne und sie ist mit alles nötige ausgestattet damit du und jemand noch einen guten Aufenthalt habt.

We are renting our 2-bedroom flat in Berlin Gesundbrunnen for the period 15.12.2023 - 30.03.2024 (there is also the possibility to extend one month). The flat is 60sqm and is fully furnished and equipped.
The flat has two bedrooms (26 sqm and 20 sqm + balcony), a big kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Both rooms are equipped with 1 bed, 1 wardrobe and 1 desk.

Buscamos a 1 o 2 personas que esten interesadas en tomar el departamento por el tiempo del 15.12.23 al 30.03.24 con posibilidad de alargar un mes mas.
El apartamento es 60m2 amueblado, cuenta con dos cuartos cada uno con cama, closet, escritorio. Un cuarto es 26m2 y el otro es de 20m2 con balcón, cocina con mesa para comer y todo lo necesario para cocinar y el baño cuanta con bañera.

Die Wohnung befindet sich 2 min zu Fuß vom S-Bahnhof Wollankstr. In Stadtteil Gesundbrunnen. Es gibt viele gute Verkehrsverbindungsmöglichkeiten mit der S-Bahn und Busen. In der Gegend befinden sich verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeit und diverse Geschäften (Rewe, Netto, Apotheken, Bäckerei, Restaurants, Imbiss, Spätis).
Alle in max 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

It is located 2 min walk from the S-Bahn station Wollankstr. in the district Gesundbrunnen. There are many good connections with the S-Bahn and buses. The area is full with supermarkets and shops (Rewe, Netto, pharmacies, bakery, restaurants, spätis, restaurants, etc).
