Apartamento
- I'm moving out of my lovely flat in Bergmannkiez, and I'm looking for a subtenant until 31.3.2023. You'll have to move out after this date, since the landlord will renovate the flat :)
- You can move in on August 15th
- I'll leave behind some furniture (fridge, bed frame) which you can have for free! In exchange for this you should get rid of all the furniture yourself at the end of the contract :)
- Anmeldung is possible
- !!!! CAUTION: you'll have to create a contract at a wifi & electricity supplier yourself
Kaltmiete: 500€
Nebenkosten: 100€ (INCLUDING water & heating, EXCLUDING wifi + electricity)
- The current nebenkosten are 100€ , but the final billing might be higher given the current high heating costs. Of course this totally depends on your consumption, and I will share the final settlement from the Hausverwaltung with you in case it exceeded the 100€ throughout your stay.

Unfortunately the hausverwaltung only allows employed people, not students/unemployed/....
