The apartment is furnished with Wifi, Bett, Kitchen, utensils everything is avaliable (A TV has also been installed). It is located at a prime location in HermanStrasse, with 5 min walk from U-Bahn station. The apartment is avaliable from Dec 2 to Jan 15. If you like the picture, just drop a message with your short introduction (job/study), and I will arrange a visit. After the visit if you like the apartment we can then sign the contract, and I will hand over the keys.
I would prefer someone who has intention to stay in Berlin (for study, or work) high preference for someone holding a blue-card.
