Vermiete meine kleine gemütliche 23 m² Einzimmer-Wohnung für 3 1/2 Monate zur Zwischenmiete!
Vom 17.10 bis 31.01.2020
Miete inklusive Strom und Internet 400,- warm.
(Für den halben Oktober 200,-)
Einen Balkon gibts auch und die Küche, bis auf den Kühlschrank, bleibt drin.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 6 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Adenauerplatz (U7)
Der S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg ist innerhalb ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen oder eine Station mit der U7 (Wilmersdorferstr.)
Somit ist die Wohnung perfekt für Studenten der drei großen Unis- TU, HU und FU.
(Auch die Uni in Potsdam ist super schnell zu erreichen, dank direkter Verbindung via S-Charlottenburg)
Netto und Penny sind um die Ecke, sowie der Kurfürstendamm.
Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafes etc gibts in der Wilmersdorferstraße.
Auch einen kleiner Park befindet sich nahe der Wohnung.
Ich würde den Kleiderschrank, Tisch und die Paletten (hab ich als Bett genutzt) gerne da lassen, falls das passt. Kann man ja dann nochmal besprechen.
Den Kühlschrank nehme ich leider mit. (Kleiner Tipp! Auf Ebay-Kleinanzeigen gibts die manchmal für Umsonst!)

I'm renting my small but cozy 23 m² single-apartment for 3 1/2 months!
From 17.10 'til 31.01.2020
Rent includes electricity and Internet - 400,- warm.
(For half of octobre its 200,-)
It also includes a balcony and the kitchen (except for the fridge)
It's approx. a 6 minutes walk from the U-Bahn station Adenauerplatz (U7)
The S-Bahn Station Charlottenburg is an approx. 10 minutes walk or one station with the U7 (Wilmersdorferstr.)
Because of that, the flat is perfectly located for students, since all the big Unis - TU, FU and HU are very close. Also the Uni in Potsdam is super close, thanks to the direct conncetion from S-Charlottenburg.
There is a Netto and Penny around the corner, as well as a small park and lots of other shops and cafes thanks to Kurfürstendamm and Wilmersdorferstraße.
I would like to leave the closet, the table and the palletes (I used it as a bed), but we can still discuss that! Unfortunetely I will take the fridge with me. (trough ebaykleinanzeigen you can find them sometimes for free though)
