Hi, the room is a spacious one with a beautiful street view from the balcony. kitchen is shared with other people on the floor but it is a clean setting. this room is part of a studierenwork dorm in theodor-huess-platz 5. the dates for moving in can be flexible, but move out has to be by 30th August.
Its very close to the U bahn, has a rewe, lidl and an array of restaurants nearby. closest s bahn is messed nord so this is on the ring as well. and a bus stop is just outside the building. very well located.
i need someone who is looking for a short term place and will not probably have too much stuff. There is already wifi and a router installed in the room. Sometimes Whatsapp calling doesn't work over the wifi, otherwise there are no issues.
