Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Hindemithplatz an dem ebenso viele Restaurants und Bars zur Verfügung stehen.

Many restaurant and bars are situated right on the doorstep.
All in all a really gorgeous location.

Ich werde für min. 1 Jahr in den Niederlanden studieren und biete somit meine Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum zur Untermiete an.
Die Wohnung wird ab Mitte August frei und ist optimal geeignet für Leute, die für ein halbes oder ganzes Jahr aufgrund von Beruf, Studium, Praktikum etc. in Berlin sein werden.
Solltet Ihr einen zeitlich abweichenden Ein/Auszugswunsch haben, bin ich gerne bereit dem entgegenzukommen. Informiert mich hierüber einfach in eurer Mail oder ruft direkt an!
