If you're sick of being in W-Gs and can't afford a whole apartment, this is your quick fix.
It's pretty small but it's big enough for one tenant. It lays on the sixth floor of a fairly renovated south looking building and there's no tall building in front which means you have all the sun in the world (literally starting 6am till 6pm, the place doesn't need a lamp).
It has one big room, an integrated kitchen in the corner (EBK with a fridge), and a bathroom with shower.
I have some furniture in the house already which I'd sell to you for 350EUR;

- Breakfast Table (kinda works as a counter)

It's located in the Ku'damm neighborhood which means it's pretty calm and clean. You don't have the broken glasses and drunken shouters on the weekend yet you can be at Kotti in 20min.
U Adenauerplatz (U7) is 5min away and you also have 4 bus-lines at the same place, taking you to Zoo and Mehringdamm which basically means you never have to wait for the bus.
S Charlottenburg is also close by, maybe 10min walk which takes you to city center in 10min.
Contrary to common belief, Charlottenburg is a pretty cool place, whatever your age is. There are plenty of good shopping and dinning places nearby. There's a Netto (2min walk), Lidl (2min walk), and Kaiser's (5min walk) open until 10pm. Bio Shop and a good fruit/vegg shop are also 5min away. At the Charlottenburg, on top of a Arkaden and gyms, there's always a kind of a market going on.
What else can I say except I've been living there for 2 years now and loved it.
If you've been looking long enough, you know that you need the following documents;
