Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein und liegt im Hinterhaus.
Es gibt ein Badezimmer, eine kleine Küche, und ein Zimmer mit Hochbett, Schrank, Arbeitsplatz/Esstisch, Sessel, Schlafsofa.
Das Hochbett ist 1,40 x 2,00 m und selbstgezimmert. Bis 100 kg würde ich Stabilität garantieren aber deine Gäste sollten dann doch vielleicht aufs Schlafsofa. Kissen/Decke usw sind für Gäste da.
Alle 3 Fenster gehen zum Innenhof raus. Da dort ein großer Baum steht, ist die Wohnung nicht besonders hell.
The appartment is quite small but really nice.
There is only one room with a loft bed, wardrobe, working place (=dining table), easy chair, studio couch and my well selected book shelf. The loft bed is 1,40 x 2,00 m and self made. Up to 100 kg i'd guarantee stability but I'd avice your guests to stay on the daybed. There are pillows/ blankets and sheets for 2 persons.
All 3 windows go to the backyard. Since there is a big tree, the appartment is not exactly light-flooded.
Kein Szenekiez, aber aber gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen oder Spazieren zu gehen.
Es gibt um die Ecke sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sogar einen 24/7 Supermarkt.
Die S- und U-Bahn ist jeweils 5 Gehminuten entfernt, man braucht etwa 15 Min zum Zoo, und jeweils 25-30 Min nach Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Friedrichshain und Mitte, alles ohne Umsteigen mit U12 (1+2), U7 und den S-Bahnen. Wenn dir das trotzdem zu blöd ist, kannst du gerne mein Fahrrad benutzen.
It's not a bar area, but there are nice restaurants and routes for walks.
Groceriy and other shopping is just around the corner, there is even a 24/7 supermarket.
Public Transport is in 5 min walking distance, you get to Zoo in 15 min, and in 25-35 min to Kreuzberg/Neukölln (stereotype Berlin), Friedrichshain and Mitte. You have U7, U12, U1, U2 and S-Bahn.
If you prefer going by bike you are welcome to use mine.
Gut zu wissen:
- Da Freunde Klagen wegen illegalem Streaming am Hals hatten, müsstest du mir einen Wisch unterschreiben, dass du das nicht mit meinem WLAN machst
- Ich wohne schräg über eine Karaoke-Bar, die Freitags und Samstags ein bisschen lauter (30 dez) ist. Ich bin sehr lärmempfindlich und schlafe dann mit Ohropax. Meine Gäste haben bis jetzt ohne geschlafen und haben es nicht als störend empfunden. Aber wenn du wie ich wegen jedem noch so kleinen Geräusch ausrastest und mit Ohropax nicht schlafen kannst/ willst, ist diese Wohnung nichts für dich.
- Wenn du ein Paar Tage länger/kürzer bleiben willst, kriegen wir das schon hin.
Good to know:
- Friends were sued for illegal streaming after they rented out their appartments, so you would have to sign to not do that with my wifi and leave me a copy of your ID
- There is a Karaoke-Bar in the neighboring house and they are quite loud on Fridays and Saturdays. I am super sensitive to noise so I sleep with earplugs on these days. However, guests didn't have any problems when they stayed with me and slept without. So If you are as sensitive to noise as I am, and you cannot sleep with earplugs, you wont be happy at my place.
