Spacious, furnished single-room flat for 3 week sublet

The flat is on a safe and quiet street near the Technische Universität Berlin. The apartment building is primarily filled with students and families who are nice, quiet, & respectful. The closest public transportation options are the 245 & 101 buses (3 minute walk). The U9 Turmstr, U2 Ernst Reuter Platz, S Tiergarten are both 10/15 minutes away on foot, 5 by bike. The S41/42 can be reached by bus.

There is an Edeka that can be reached by foot in 5 minutes. Turmstrasse also has many shops & nice restaurants (Penny, Rewe, Al Natura, etc) and can be reached in 10 minutes by foot.

I am looking for a responsible & respectful person or couple to sublet my apartment for three weeks. They must respect my neighbors, understand that the space is not for parties, and be tidy. I will designate what items in the apartment are available for use and what are not.

You cannot register at the address.

To accept the room, you will have to pay a 100€ deposit. If the reservation is canceled, the deposit will not be returned. The deposit will be returned based upon the condition of the apartment within a week of my return.

The 350€ will need to be paid before the Dec 17 move-in date. A contract must be signed defining the conditions of the rental. I will also need a copy of your passport. The apartment must be left in the same condition/cleanliness that it was found. Deductions will be made from the deposit if the cleanliness is not met or if items in apartment are damaged.
