- Möbliertes gemütlisches Zimmer ab 1. August 2007 bis Ende Mai 2008 ( auch nach Vereinbarung)

- mit Küche (Herd, Backoffen)

- und Bad (WC, Dusche)

- und Waschmaschine (Mitbenutzung)

- Internet-, Telefon-, TV- Kabelanschluss sind vorhanden (auch Wireless Internet nur 5€ pro Monat)

-Fahrrad-/Autoabstellmöglichkeiten sind gegeben (Tiefgarage)
