Der Flughafen Tegel ist 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt/Flughafen Schönefeld 30 Minuten. Der zentrale Omnibusbahnhof (ZOB) und die Berliner Messehallen am Funkturm sind ebenfalls in 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
You can reach public transportation within 3 minutes walk: underground station U2 Sophie-Charlotte-Platz. To reach the S-Bahn, you´ll need 10 minutes to the S-Bahn-Station Messe. By car it takes 10 Minutes to reach Airport Berlin Tegel or 30 minutes to get to the airport Berlin Schönefeld. Also, you´ll find many different busses (within Berlin transportation) within 5 minutes walking distance. Central bus station for long distances outside of Berlin is also nearby (15 minutes walk). Here you ´ll find also the Berlin fair center.
Infrastruktur/Infrastructure
Supermärkte (Kaisers, LPG, Lidl, Netto, Rewe) sind in direkter Umgebung vorhanden (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Zum Ku´damm zum Shoppen braucht man mit der U-Bahn nur 8 Minuten, noch näher ist die Wilmersdorfer Strasse mit dem Shopping-Center Wilmersdorfer Arcaden (ca. 3 Minuten mit der U-Bahn, 10 Minuten zu Fuß).
There are many supermarkets in walking distance of 5 minutes (Kaisers, LPG, Lidl, Netto, Rewe). To get to the well-known shopping area of Ku´damm it takes 8 minutes by underground. Much closer, you find the Shopping-Center Wilmersdorfer Arcaden, which is only 3 minutes by underground or a 10 minute walk.
Grünflächen/Parcs
5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt der Lietzensee, hier kann man schön joggen oder am Wochenende die Sonne genießen. Ebenso nah ist das Schloß Charlottenburg mit seinem großen schönen Park.
