Das traumhafte Schloss Charlottenburg oder die S+U-Bahn Jungefernheide erreicht man zu Fuß in entspannten 10 Minuten. Trotzdem liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, mit Blick auf den ruhigen und sehr weitläufigen Innenhof.

The apartment is 200 meters from Mierendorffplatz. There are enough parking spaces at the park and 2 e-charging stations right outside the front door. The underground, bus and supermarket are each 200 meters.
Weekly market, cafes, bars, pubs and opportunities to eat are available in 3 minutes walking distance around Mierendorffplatz. It is only 400 meters to the banks of the Spree at the Österreichpark with its beer garden. The wonderful Charlottenburg Palace or the Jungefernheide S + U-Bahn can be reached on foot in a relaxed 10 minutes. Nevertheless, the apartment is in a quiet side street, with a view of the quiet and very spacious inner courtyard.

Wasser und Heizung sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten und werden nach Verbauch abgerechnet. Strom müsst ihr einen eigenen Vertrag abschließen.
