Ich bin Tobi, 28 und möchte meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung ab dem 18.12. - 28.12.21 untervermieten. Bin über Weihnachten bei der Family. Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand, hat eine Küche, Bad und ein Schlaf und Wohnzimmer. Hab es noch nicht geschafft mein Bett aufzubauen, allerdings liegt eine große Matratze bereit (140x200). Zudem ist ein Balkon da, eine Badewanne und das Haus verfügt über einen Lift 😎
Die Wohnung ist 4 Gehminuten von der S+U Jungfernheide entfernt, also optimal gelegen um überall ganz gut hinzukommen.
Wäre super, wenn du grundsätzlich ein entspannter und einigermaßen ordentlicher Mensch bist. Wenn du zudem ein, zwei Mal meine Pflanzen Gießen kannst, gibt das natürlich auch Pluspunkte 😁
