Ich suche jemanden, der meine Wohnung ab 01.04.2023 beziehen möchte. Alle Kosten sind im Preis inbegriffen (Ohne zusätzliche Kosten). Die Miete beträgt 650€ + 350 € (betriebkosten,Bsr, treppenreinigung, aufzug, wartungen Strom und Gas) also 1000€ warm.
Der angegebene Preis gilt für eine Person, für zwei Personen beträgt die Miete 1100 €
Kaution beträgt 2000€ (2 Monatsmiete)
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert (Einbauküche, Kühlschrank und schlafsofa) und wurde komplett renoviert (neue Elektrik, neues Bad, hochwertiges Laminat, neue Fliesen in Bad und Küche) und verfügt über einen Balkon und einen Kellerraum. Für Paare geeignet.
Die U-Bahn U7 Halemweg und Siemensdamm sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Geschäfte, sowie Einkaufszentren und Banken sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Wenn Sie an der Wohnung interessiert sind, würde ich mich über eine kurze Vorstellung freuen.

Hi everyone, I am looking for someone to sublet my appartament for long term from 01.04.2023 all costs are included in the price (no additional costs). The rent is 650€ + 350 € (cleaning of the building, Garbage, elevator maintenance electricity and gas) so 1000€ warm.
The reported price is for one person for two people the rent will be 1100 €
A deposit of 2000€ is required.
The Apartment is a full furnished with kitchen refrigerator and a sofa bed, ideal for copules.
The underground U7 Halemweg and Siemensdamm are within 3 minutes walking distance. Shops, as well as shopping centres and banks are within walking distance.
