Furnished 1 room apartment close to the Frei Universität & Max-Planck-Institute
I'm travelling for 2 months, so I'm renting my nice 1 room dormitory flat from 12.08. to 09.10.16 for students studying in Berlin. It is fully furnished (refrigerator, sofa, bed, bookshelves, table, roll-chair), completely renovated and fully equipped. Super fast internet, big screen monitor and the printer make a flat more cozy:) Around the corner there are lots of cafes and grocery stores among which Edeka, Denn's Biomarkt and Wiener Confectionery.
It has separate bathroom and small kitchen.
The apartment is perfectly located with literally 2 min. walk from Oskar-Helene-Heim (u-bahn/bus station). It is very green, safe and quite area close to the Free University and Max-Planck-Institute.

Studentenwohnheim Salvador Allende befindet sich in der Clayallee, in unmittelbarer Nähe von der Freien Universität Berlin.
- 1min Fussweg bis Bus-Station Oskar-Helene-Heim
- 2min Fussweg bis Ubahn Oskar-Helene-Heim.
- 3min Fussweg Einkaufmöglichkeiten(edeka), Hausarztpraxis, Frisur, Bioladen...
- ein Lidl mit Fahrrad in 3min erreichbar oder 3 Busstationen
- Krumme Lanke und der Schlachtensee sind nur 3 Stationen entfernt
- gute Parkmöglichkeiten
- Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder
- Lage ist grün, Park 2min Fussweg
Einzelapartment ist für eine Person(Berliner Student).
In der Wohnung darf NICHT geraucht werden.
Einige Sachen wie Bildschirm, Lautsprecher, Drucker, Geschirr und Flügelwäschetrockner bleiben in der Wohnung und können gerne benutzt werden.
Da es für Studenten ist, beträgt die die Warmmiete 330 Euro. (Inklusiv Rundfunkbeitrag und Internet!).
