Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Zimmer mit Bett, Wohnbereich&TV, Arbeitsplatz mit höhenverstellbaren Tisch & high speed Internet, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche inklusive Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, einem hellen Bad und einem schönen Balkon.
I am subletting my 1-bedroom apartment between 24.12. and 3.01 for a minimum of 1 week, ideally 11 days for only 30eur/day. The apartment consists of a large room with a bed, living area with a TV, a workspace with an adjustable desk and high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine, a bright bathroom, and a beautiful balcony.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, aber gleichzeitig in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die U-Bahn-Station Friedrichsfelde ist 5 Minuten entfernt und die S-Bahn-Station Lichtenberg ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Man benötigt ungefähr 15-20 Minuten, um zum Alexanderplatz zu gelangen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, und als zusätzlichen Bonus gibt es einen wunderschönen großen Innenhof mit viel Grün, der exklusiv für die Bewohner zugänglich ist.
The apartment is centrally located yet in a quiet area. Friedrichsfelde subway station is 5 minutes away, and Lichtenberg S-Bahn station can be reached in 10 minutes. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and as a bonus, there is a beautiful large courtyard with plenty of greenery exclusively for the residents.
Ahtung: nur für Katzenliebhaber!
In der Wohnung lebt eine kleine süße Katze Namens Mia. Du kannst die Wohnung also mieten, jedoch nur, wenn du keine Katzenallergie hast und dir zutraust, dich um die Katze zu kümmern. Futter und Streu sowie kurze Anweisung werden bereitgestellt. Schreibe mir gerne, wenn Du fragen hast.

There is a sweet and quiet cat name Mia living in the apartment. You can rent the apartment, but only if you don't have a cat allergy and feel confident taking care of the cat. Food and litter as well as brief instructions will be provided.
