I am looking for someone to rent my apartment for 6 months (possibly until July) while I'm out of town. The apartment is very bright, has a fully equipped, separate & modern kitchen, a small bathroom with a washer/dryer and a large bed/living room. If you need to store some things, I can also give you access to the basement (I store some boxes there).
The rent is 775+200 for utilities+50 for renewable electricity+25 for fast (200mb) internet. Since it's a longer time frame, the utilities will be calculated exactly after you move out, so if you use less you should get money back.
