Beautiful furnished 1,5 Room Apartment Friedrichshain SUBLET Zwischenmiete

Hallo, Ich würde wahnsinnig gerne meine geliebte 1,5 Wohnung in Friedrichshain für die Zeit, die ich im Ausland bin, untervermieten. Sie ist 37 m2 groß, wirkt allerdings größer durch die sehr hohen Decken und das viele Licht dass durch die großen Fenster eintritt. Die Küche befindet sich in einem separaten Raum.

Die Wohnung wurde vor wenigen Monaten komplett neu renoviert, der Zustand ist fantastisch, das Bad ebenfalls komplett neu. Und das Internet hier ist wahnsinnig schnell:)
Ich habe mir viel Mühe gegeben, die Wohnung mit schönen Möbeln auszustatten. Sie besitzt alles, was man zum Leben braucht (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine etc.)

I would love to sublet my beloved 1,5 apartment in Friedrichshain for the time I am abroad. It is 37 m2 big, but appears bigger because of the very high ceilings and the lots of light that comes in through the big windows. The kitchen is in a separate room.

The apartment was completely renovated a few months ago, the condition is fantastic, the bathroom is also completely new. And the internet here is insanely fast :)
