I’m offering my apartment to sublet whilst I’m away. It’s 2 min walk to the m13 tram and 6 min walk to U/S bahn Frankfurter Allee. Very close to Boxhagener Platz, Berghain and Parks.
My cat, Otto, will also be there, so he also needs to be fed and given attention to. He’s a big sweetie and will love to play with you.
I’m looking for someone respectful to take care of my beautiful apartment and Otto.
My bed is super comfy, the balcony is great now and the apartment is great. It’s perfect for 1 person or couple.
Please write me if you’re interested for the whole time as Otto needs to be cared for.
The sublet could possibly start about one week earlier, but needs to be discussed.
