Große, schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung in super Lage

Ich vermiete meine möblierte und voll ausgestattete 1-Zimmer Wohnung für 1 Jahr.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in wirklich netter Lage in Friedrichshain bei der Simon-Dach Str mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Sie hat ein großes, schönes Zimmer, aufgeteilt in Sofa-, Schlafecke und Arbeitsbereich. In der Küche ist ein Esstisch vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhof und ist daher schön ruhig. Es gibt gute Verkehrsanbindungen, wie von der Warschauer Str. oder dem Frankfurter Tor.

Da ich meine Wohnung sehr gerne habe und meine Möbel und Küchenausstattung in der Wohnung lassen möchte, wäre es schön, wenn wir uns vorher treffen könnten. 1 Jahr ist eine lange Zeit, und es wäre schön wenn wir uns daher nett fänden und uns gegenseitig vertrauen können. Auch damit wir in dieser Zeit, wenn es etwas gibt, gut miteinander klar kommen. Da ich nicht rauche, wäre es mir lieber wenn du Nichtraucher_in wärst. Gäste rauchen bei mir in der Küche. Es wäre schön, wenn das so bleiben würde.

I am subletting my full furnished 1 room apartment for 1 year.

The apartment is situated in the really nice area Friedrichshain, close to the Simon Dach Str, where you can find many restaurants, cafés, and bars. There is one big room, with a bed, a sofa, and a working desk. In the kitchen there is a small eating area. The apartment is in the backyard, which makes it really nice and quiet. There are good traffic connections as from Frankfurter Tor and Warschauer Str.

As I am very fond of my apartment and I want to leave my furniture and my kitchen equipment, it would be nice, if we could meet in advance. 1 year is a long time, and because of that it would be especially nice if we would like each other, and also be able to trust each other. Also so we get along good, if their is something with the apartment. As I am not smoking, I wood prefer, if you are a non-smoker. My guests are always smoking in the kitchen. It would be nice if we could keep it that way.
