Hi All,
I am offering my Friedrichshain apartment for rent from Sept 27th - end October. (I am flexible with dates so please contact me with your arrangements)
Price is €550 for this period and deposit is €200.
My apartment is right in the heart of Friedrichshain but is in the hinterhaus (rear building) so it is very quiet. It is in an old building with wooden floors and plenty of natural light and is on the 2nd floor.
Free high speed wifi (W-LAN) is included in the price and the kitchen will be left fully equipped as well as sheets/ towels etc. You will have everything you need.
I am happy to help you with travel information/ bars/ clubs and restaurant ideas so feel free to ask.
The rules:
- Money for stay must be paid up front
- €200 deposit will be returned when you leave provided nothing is broken or missing
- 2 people max
- Photocopy of passport/ ID
- No huge parties. I have friendly neighbours! If you want to party there is a huge amount of clubs within 5 mins walking. Ask me for more info.
