da ich ab Mitte April für 4 Monate nach London gehe, suche ich für diese Zeit einen Untermieter.
Wohnung:
Meine Wohnung befindet sich im Seitenflügel, 1. Stock.
Sie ist möbiliert und besteht aus einem Zimmer (ca. 20 qm), Bad und Küche.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Doppel-Sofa-Bett, Schreibtisch und Schränken ausgestattet.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und hat sogar einen Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle.
Außerdem gehört zur Wohnung ein kleiner Balkon.
Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Simon-Dach-Kiez im Friedrichshain. In der Gegend befinden sich viele Bars, Clubs, Shops und Cafes.
Zur S und U Bahn sind es ca. 8-10 Minuten Fußweg (S Warschauer Straße/ S Ostkreuz/ U Frankfurter Tor). Zur Tram 1 Minute (M13).
Die Miete beträgt 500 € pro Monat inkl. aller Nebenkosten (Strom, Gas, Wasser, Internet Flat).
Es wird eine Kaution in Höhe einer Monatsmiete verlangt.

Hi all,
I will be moving out of my current one bedroom flat at the mid/ end of april to live and work in London for a couple of months .
My flat comes:
- furnished with a sofa bed, desk,
- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with tub (washing machine) and
- a little balcony.
Area:
The flat is located in the heart of Friedrichshain called "Simon-Dach-Kiez" , close to a lot of bars, shops, cafes.
It is only 8-10 minutes to S Bahnhof Warschauer Straße / S Bahnhof Ostkreuz and U Bahnhof Frankfurter Tor (U5).
The rent is 500 € per month. All bills included (internet flat, gas, electrictiy, water).
A deposit of 500 € is required.
