Großes, möbliertes Zimmer in guten Wohngegend :)

Hallo liebe Zimmersuchenden,

da ich ab 8. März für 3 Wochen in Brasilien bin biete ich in der Zeit meine Wonhnung zur Vermietung.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 35 m2 groß und komplett eingerichtet (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch...). Es hat auch ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine kleine Küche.

Es geht zum Hinterhof, ist also, sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten Fußweg zur S-Bahn/U-Bahn Wahrschauerstraße, 10 min zur S-Bahn am Ostbahnhof sowie 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn Weberwiese (U5).

Sehr nah zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (24 Std. Kaisers =D ), Cafés und Restaurants.

Internet inklusiv.

Besichtigungen werden wahrscheinlich Montag (27.02), Freitag(2.03), Samstag(3.03) und Sonntag (4.03) sein. Bei Interesse einfach per Mail melden. Ich Antworte euch sobald wie möglich.

Hello Wg-gesuchters,

since I will be travelling to Brazil for 3 weeks between the 8th of March and the 1st of April, I am sub-letting my appartment in Friedrichshain.

The room is 35m2 and completely furnished (bed, cabinet, desk...) and there is also a bathroom and kitchen.

It looks to the patio and is therefore very quiet. 5-minute walk to S-Bahn/U-Bahn station Wahrschauerstraße, 10 min to S-Bahn Ostbahnhof and 5 Min to U-Bahn Weberwiese (U5).

It is very close to many interesting restaurants, cafes and especially to a great Kaiser's which is open 24 hours a day :)

Internet is included.
