Meine Wohnung ist gepflegt und wurde erst vor 8 Monaten neu gestrichen. Der Nachmieter bekommt einen alten Mietvertrag, unschlagbare Konditionen. Das einzige was dazu kommt ist Internet und Strom.

My flat is very clean and I just painted the flat 8 months ago.
Its a lucky contract, since it stays the same and wont get raised.
CALL ME ONLY IF YOU HAVE FOLLOWING PAPERS READY:
Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Paper (you can get it as well in Berlin the same day),
certificate of salary lost three months, certificate from former landlord that you are free of debths (Mietschuldenbefreiung)
The kitchen stays almost like you see in the pics, you can take over many things :)

Die Wohnung liegt 10 Minuten vom Alexanderplatz entfernt, an der Tram-Haltestelle Landsberger Allee/Petersburgerstr., bzw der S-Bahn Haltestelle (Ring) Landsberger Allee, also sehr gut angebunden.
Ruhige Sackgasse, weg vom ganzen Trubel der Landsberger Allee.
Sonne am Morgen bis nachmittag. Die Wohnung ist zur Innenseite, Nachbarn alle in Ordnung, auch für Musiker geeignet!
Wie gesagt: Nur weg Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Bescheid (kriegt man bei Easy Credit Alexanderplatz sofort ausgestellt), Gehaltsnachweise und Mietschuldenbefreiung vorweisen kann, soll mich anrufen!
