1 Jahr am Boxhagener Platz / 1 Year on Boxhagener Platz

Hallo, hallo :) Ich bin Fotografin, und werde die nächste Jahr "on the road" und auch zu Hause in den USA mit meine Familie verbringen und ich vermiete deswegen meine ganze Wohnung unter von 1. November, 2015 bis 1. November, 2016. Die Untermietvertrag wird und muss durch meine Hausverwaltung bestätigt sein und deswegen brauchst ich bitte von Dir: Einkommensnachweis von die letzten drei Monate, SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) , und eine Mietschuldensfreiheitsbescheinigung. :)

**Einzelne Personen sind bevorzugt weil es ist meiner Hausverwaltung lieber, keine Pärchen/mehrere Leute anzunehmen, sondern nur ein Person. Also das heißt, leider, keine Bewerbungen von Pärchen oder von Leute, die ein WG machen wollen.**

Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmer--also ein großes Zimmer (Wohnzimmer/Studio ugf. 26 m2) und ein kleines Zimmer (Schlaffzimmer, ugf. 10 m2.) Dazu gibt es ein Flur (mit kleinem Esstisch), Badezimmer (schlecht fotografiiert, aber es gibt ein Bild davon auch dabei) und eine klein aber gemütliche Küche (Herd, Kühlschrank, Waschbechen, Waschmaschine, usw.)

Also. Die Wohnung liegt, meiner Meinung nach, in einer die aller schönsten Viertels Berlins. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Boxhagener Platz, ist aber in Hinterhof also es ist richtig, richtig ruhig. wo am Wochenende jeden Samstag ein Obst und Gemüse Markt staatfindet, und am Sonntags gibt es immer ein Flohmarkt. Die Warschauerstraße/Revaler Straße ist ugf. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Simon-Dach-Strasse ist 1 Minute Weg entfernt, und mann kann ganz einfach mit die Öffentlichenverkehrsmittel überallhin.

Die Wohnung ist 100% möbliert, alles ist dabei. (Badetücher, Geschirr, Bettwäsche, usw. usw.) Also das heißt, das ich auch nach ein Kaution von €500 bitte, nicht nur weil alles hier in die Wohnung mir gehört, sondern auch weil ich bin immer noch für die Wohlstand des Wohnungs zuständig, auch wenn ich nicht hier bin.

Hey hey! I'm a photographer, and I'm going to spend the next one year "on the road," and also spend some time at home in the USA with my family. For this reason, I'll be subletting my entire apartment for one year, beginning on November 1, 2015. The sublet MUST be approved by my landlord, and this means that in order to sublet for the year, you'll need: 1.) proof of income from the last 3 months, 2.) a credit report (SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) ) 3.) Statement from your previous landlord/subleaser stating that you paid all of your rent on time, and that you don't owe any more rent (Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung.)

**The apartment is, realistically, only available to singular people (as in, one person to rent and live here alone.) My landlord much prefers to have one person sublease instead of having multiple, unfortunately.**

The apartment has 2 rooms--it's got one big room (a living room/studio, about 26 m2) and a small room (a bedroom, about 10m2.) There's also a spacious hallway (with a small fold-down table for eating,) a bathroom (the pics are not good, but you get the idea), and a small but cozy kitchen (stove, refrigerator, sink, washing machine, etc.)

So. The apartment is located in, in my opinion, one of the best neighborhoods/areas in Berlin. It's directly on Boxhagener Platz, but it faces the inner courtyard, so it's really, really quiet/calm. On Boxhagener Platz there is a fruit/vegetable market every Saturday, and every Sunday there is a flea market. Warschauer Straße/ Revaler Strasse is about 5 minutes away on foot, and Simon-Dach-Strasse is 1 minute away. Public transportation is good. M10, M13, Warschauer Straße Sbahn and Ubhan.

The apartment is 100% furnished, everything you need is here. (Towels, pots and pans, silverware, sheets, blankets, etc. etc. etc.) So, that means, that I'm asking for a Kaution of €500--this is not only because everything in the apartment belongs to me, but especially because I am still the one held responsible for the well-being of the apartment, even while I'm not here.
