Zur Wohnung:
- gemütlich und hell mit genügend Platz
- komplett möbliert (1,40m Bett, großer Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Tisch mit Stühlen, Regale etc.)
- Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Tellern, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine
- WLAN Flatrate
- Waschmaschine ist vorhanden
- das Bad hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche, Spiegel und Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten
- der große Balkon geht zum Hinterhof raus, hat im Sommer viel Sonne und ist schön ruhig (wie die ganze Wohnung)
- im Hof gibt es sichere Fahrradabstell-Möglichkeiten
Zur Miete:
Die Monatsmiete beträgt inklusive allem 890,-€, die Kaution 500,-€.
