Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine hübsche Wohnung, die ganz nah am Ostkreuz liegt, da ich selber für mich eine größere Wohnung gefunden hab.
Wie ihr auf den Fotos seht, hat die Wohnung einen sehr schönen Dielenboden und hohe Decken. In der Küche sind Fliesen (ein Foto der Küche folgt morgen). Sie ist 34qm² groß und sehr hell, da in dem großen Zimmer Licht von beiden Seiten kommt. Da die Wohnung im 2.Hinterhaus liegt, ist sie sehr ruhig und man bekommt von dem ganzen Friedrichshain-Trubel gar nichts mit, wenn man dann aber vor die Haustür geht, ist man mitten drin :) Die meisten der Möbel können vom Nachmieter übernommen werden, Preis wird dann beim individuellen Besichtigungstermin verhandelt.
Besichtigungen finden noch diese Woche statt, voraussichtlich am 12.1. und 14.1. Zum Besichtigungstermin sollen ein Einkommensnachweis und die Mietbürgschaft mitgebracht werden.
