Sunny, Spacious & Calm 1 Room Apartment in Friedrichshain

Hi there,

I wont use my apartment in Friedrichshain from the 02.03.2016 on and for that reason i would like to sublet it.

Its a spacious and calm top floor apartment with high ceilings and south facing windows.

It is located in the north of one of the city's most happening neighborhoods - colorful, quirky Friedrichshain with its many clubs, cafes, parks, nice bars, bakeries and second-hand shops. 5 minutes away by foot is one of the biggest parks in Berlin: the Volkspark Friedrichshain.

So the apartment is very good located in the center of Berlin
The next Metrotramstation is Landsberger Allee/ Petersburger Strasse (with the M10, which drives everday all night long): 3 min walking distance
and the Train Station Landsberger Allee (with the Ringbahn) is also only 4 minutes walking distance away.
So you can reach:
Alexanderplatz: 8
min, Warschauer Strasse: 7 min, Eberswalder Strasse 10 min
Volksparkpark Friedrichshain (a big parc with a volleyballarea and tennis area and many more) 3 min
In the near of the apartment are many Cafes, Restaurants, Bars and Nightclubs and sights and so on.
Also in the same house of the apartment is a little restaurant and a grocery (Spätkauf).
And on the opposite of the street is an hamburger restaurant which serves delicious hamburgers and snacks.
