Da ich im Januar beruflich unterwegs bin, möchte ich meine gemütliche Wohnung in Friedrichshain an eine zuverlässige Person untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz und Bibliothek, ein kleines separates Schlafzimmer, Duschbad und Einbauküche mit Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung liegt im HInterhaus, aber geht nach Süden und ist deshalb zugleich ruhig und hell. In der Miete sind alle Kosten inkl. Strom, GEZ und W-Lan enthalten. Bettzeug und Handtücher können gern zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Die Wohnung wird vorzugsweise an eine Einzelperson und ausschließlich an Nichtraucher vergeben. Auch kürzere Mietzeiträume sind möglich (immer an einem Sonntag beginnend).
Because I'll be out of town for work reasons I am subletting my cosy 2-bedroom appartment in Friedrichshain for one month. The living room has no TV but a nice work space and an extensive library. There's a small bedroom, a kitchen incl. washing machine (no dish washer). Rent includes all utilities. I'll be happy to provide towels and bedding.
The appartment will be sublet preferably to a single person and only to non-smokers!
U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Tram sind jeweils in 5-10 MInuten zu erreichen, zahlreiche Supermärkte (Rewe, Lidl, Edeka, dm, Biocompany) und Spätis in unmittelbarer Nähe, zum Boxhagener Platz sind es etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Kiez ist ruhig und entspannt, aber nicht weit von den belebteren Teilen der Stadt.
Public transport is only 5 minutes away so are cafés and various supermarkets. The appartment is located in a quiet part of Friedrichshain, but Boxhagener Platz etc. are not further than 15 min away.
