Wir sind im Zeitraum 02.02.-29.03.23 nicht in Berlin und vermieten unsere kleine gemütliche und komplett möblierte Wohnung, für ein bis zwei Personen. Es handelt sich um eine 33 qm große 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, die sehr gut geschnitten ist: Es gibt eine Schlafecke mit 160cm-Bett und angrenzender Loggia, einen großen Wohnbereich mit Küchenzeile, Sofa, Arbeitsplatz mit Monitor (bei Bedarf), Schrank, Kleiderstange usw. (siehe Fotos) und ein geräumiges Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock und ist sehr hell, inklusive Blick auf den Fernsehturm. ;)
WLAN ist vorhanden, ebenso 2x Bettwäsche und einige Handtücher. Die Küche ist klein aber normal ausgestattet und hat neben Elektroherd, Ofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach auch die üblichen Küchenutensilien einschließlich Hochleistungsmixer, mehr Details gerne bei Bedarf. Vorhandene Gewürze, Tee, Öle usw. können genutzt werden, ebenso die Waschmaschine inklusive Waschmittel und Putzmittel.

We won't be in Berlin for the period 02 February - 29 March 2024 and are renting out our small cozy apartment, for one or two person(s). It is a 33 sqm 1-room apartment, which is very well structured: there is a sleeping area with 160cm bed and adjacent loggia, a large living area with kitchen, sofa, desk with monitor (if needed), closet, clothes rail etc. (see photos) and a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is very bright, including a view of the Fernsehturm. ;)
WLAN is available, as well as 2x bed linen and a few towels. The kitchen is small but but has the usual equipment with electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, high-powered blender, etc., more details if needed. Available spices, tea, oils, etc. can be used, as well as the washing machine including detergent.
Die Wohnung liegt in Friedrichshain an der Grenze zu Prenzlauer Berg, Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
budni Drogeriemarkt ist gleich nebenan, Lidl ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß.
Der große und schöne Volkspark Friedrichshain ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso die nächste Bus- und Tram-Haltestelle (Platz der Vereinten Nationen). Die nächste U-Bahnstation (Strausberger Platz) ist 8 Minuten zu Fuß, von dort sind es 2 Stationen zum Alexanderplatz.
Zum Boxhagener Platz / Friedrichshain Kiez sind es 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, nach Kreuzberg ca. 15.

The apartment is located in Friedrichshain on the edge to Prenzlauer Berg, bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
budni is right next door, Lidl is at about 1 minute walking distance.
The large and nice park Volkspark Friedrichshain is 3 minutes walk away, as well as the nearest bus and tram stop (Platz der Vereinten Nationen). The nearest subway station (Strausberger Platz) is 8 minutes walk, from there it's 2 stops to Alexanderplatz.
To Boxhagener Platz / Friedrichshain Kiez it is 8 minutes by bike, to Kreuzberg about 15.
Miete pro Monat 680 Euro inkl. WLAN etc. Wir suchen idealerweise eine Person, die für den gesamten Zeitraum bleibt. Wir freuen uns auf eure Anfragen mit ein paar Infos zu euch, was ihr so vorhabt und wann (bzw. ob) eine persönliche Besichtigung möglich wäre.
Was uns wichtig wäre: dass die Pflanzen am Leben bleiben, d. h. 1x wöchentlich ein bisschen Wasser bekommen. :)
Keine Anmeldung möglich.
Ein Nachweis über eine private Haftplichtversicherung wäre optimal.

Rent is 680 euros per month incl. WiFi etc. We are ideally looking for a person who will stay for the whole period. Looking forward to your inquiries with some info about you, what you are planning to do and when (/if) a personal viewing would be possible.
What would be important to us is that the plants stay alive and get a little water once per week :)
No Anmeldung / registration possible.
Proof of personal liability insurance would be ideal.
