I would like to sublet my bright flat for 7,5 months starting 01.06. I am searching for somebody who is responsable and will take good care of it (keep it clean, don´t damage the floor, don´t paint/ damage the walls, etc - just the normal stuff).
- Please notice: I cannot provide Anmeldung.
- Furniture: I will leave the bed + mattress (140cm, no duvet), the curtains and the big table + a/ some chairs (not exactly the one on the picture, I can show you some options I have on my cellar!). The wardrobe and of course the refrigerator will stay as well. The white couch, the small white chair with the wooden small table will go.
- Kitchen: the kitchen has a stove, an oven a hood with light and a dishwasher. There will be no dishes or kitchen elements staying.
-No washing machine (there is a "Wasch-Salon" around 600m away!)
The rents is: 780 Euros (heating/electricity/water included) and you will have to pay the 30 Euros Internet yourself on a monthly basis (if needed) = 810 Euros.
The location is great as it is close to Frankfurter Alle S-Bahn station and Ostkreuz S-Bahn Station. It is also really close to the U-Bahn station Samariterstr. and of course to Boxhagener Platz (600m) wich has a really nice Saturday Farmers Market and a Sunday Fleamarket + loads of restaurants around.
The internet should be paid separately as I get my internet in a monthly basis from "Vodafone Hotspot". I basically every month pay 30 Euros for only ONE device to have no limits full internet.
I always get the internet like this and I never had any problems at all. I can show you how it works, it´s really easy! But please notice it is not WiFi (it just goes for one device).
I normally just pay 30 Euros for my laptop and I have a contract for my cellphone so I don´t need extra internet for it.
