I´m subletting my lovely flat in the heart of Berlin Friedrichshain between December 18th and January 11th. It´s a very popular area with a lot of people and tourists, which means that it can get a bit noisy, especially during the weekends. Therefore you have a lot of Cafés, Restaurants and Clubs nearby.
The flat has one big room with a bed for two (140cm), a couch, TV and a desk. The kitchen is also quite big and there`s a couch as well. The bathroom has a window and a lot of daylight.
There´s also a stable WiFi connection in the flat.
If you are a quiet person, who respects my personal things, looks after my plants (there are a lot in the flat), doesn´t smoke inside (but there´s a balcony) and doesn´t want to do parties in the flat, I´m happy to hear from you.
