Ich werde ab Ende Februar Berlin verlassen und suche daher zum 1.3.2018 einen Nachmieter für mein Apartment im Campus Viva. Ein paar Fakten:

Das Apartment ist Teil des Campus Viva, eine Art Studentenwohnheim, wobei nicht nur Studenten hier leben.

Das Gebäude wurde erst vor einem Jahr fertiggestellt, alles ist also nigelnagelneu und modern eingerichtet. Neben seinem Zimmer mit eigenem Bad + Küche hat man Zugriff auf einen Waschraum, Fitnessraum, Kickertisch, Abstellkeller, Dachterasse, Außenbereich, eigenem Briefkasten. Bei Fragen oder bei Paketannahmen steht ein Büro zur Verfügung.

I will leave Berlin at the end of February and therefore I am looking for a next tenant for my apartment in the Campus Viva. Some facts:

The apartment is part of „Campus Viva“, kind of a students home, but not only students live here/

The building was completed only about a year ago, so everything is still fresh and modern. Apart from your own room with bathroom and kitchen you can use the laundry, small gym, football table, own storage in the cellar, roof terrace, common areas inside and outside, common kitchen, own letterbox. The office downstairs is there to answer questions or to take parcels.

Das Campus Viva ist 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof-Gesundbrunnen bzw. Gesundbrunnen-Center entfernt. Man halt also wirklich alles in unmittelbarer Nähe: Geschäfte, Supermärkte etc. Vom Bahnhof geht die U8, die Ringbahn, andere S-Bahnen und normale Züge der Deutschen Bahn. Man ist also extrem gut angebunden und erreicht vieles sehr schnell in Berlin.

The Campus Viva is 5 minutes to walk from Bahnhof-Gesundbrunnen and Gesundbrunnen-Center. That means that everything is close by: stores, supermarkets, doctors etc. From the station you can take the U8, Ringbahn, other S-Bahn or normal trains from Deutsche Bahn. So everything is really close by and you can reach other parts of Berlin fast.
