I'm looking for someone to take over my long term rental contract from Jul 5th onwards.
The 1-room apartment is fully furnished with the following features:
*Bed with mattress
*Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave/oven
*Study table with desks and chair
*Spacious Wardrobe
*Private bathroom with shower
*3rd floor with elevator
*Storage area in basement
*Access to building gym, rooftop terrace, spacious courtyard (perfect for summers), communal lounge, a bigger shared kitchen and laundry room
Location:
*The building is a 5-6 minute walk from the Gesundbrunnen S+U station so its very well connected with the ringbahn,S1,S2,FEX,U8. Bornholmer Str. Station is 10 min away so you'd also have the S8 option.
*Gesundbrunnen centre is a 5 minute walk away - Rewe, Aldi DM and lots of other options.
*2 Spatis and several food options right next to the building

The final rent includes everything. A separate contract needs to be made for electricity but I believe my current one can be taken over by the new tenant - this is 29e a month (already included in the rent in the offer).
Theres a high possibility of getting money back at the end of each year if your heating/electricity consumption is lower than predicted. My consumption is above average so it’s highly likely that the warm rent can be 30-40 euros lower for the new tenant later on. ;)
Proof of study or job is a requirement from the landlord.
Pictures are from the building's website but I can assure you the offered apartment looks exactly the same. :)
