56qm Furnished Renovated Altbau in lovely Gräfekiez

in English so everyone can read it:

I am renting out my small but cosy 1-room apartment at the center of lovely Gräfekiez, practically at the corner of Gräfestrasse and Böckstrasse, very close to Admiralbrücke (without getting the noise..). It is an Altbau at a Hinterhaus (facing the interior yard) that was renovated nicely about a year ago.

The apartment itself has a kitchen with all-kinds of good cooking utensils, a tiled bathroom with a washing machine, and a sleeping room with "Stuck" (stucco) and 2 sofas and stuff to put clothing. Pictures here are actually a little old, just have a look for yourself. There are 2 bikes in the apartment, can't really put them anywhere else, if youre nice you can use one of the two.

Remarks:
- I can commit to rent it out until end of Jan but that can be negotiated (e.g. if just needed till December)

- I don't have fixed internet, as I am not in apartment that often (I travel a lot for work) and use my phone for internet when there
- I would like a 3 months deposit (2700€)
