Ich bieten eine helle und geräumige 1 Zimmer Wohnung zur Untervermietung an. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen und dennoch zentralen Lage, nur wenige Minuten von der U7 entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Einkaufszentrum sind auch zu Fuß wenige Minuten entfernt.

Eckdaten zur Wohnung:

Voll ausgestattete Küche mi Herd, Backofen und Kühlschrank.
Es gibt auch einen Balkon. Aktuell stehen außer eine kleine Couch keine Möbel in der Wohnung, der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist ab Februar verfügbar und wird vorerst nur für 3-6 Monate lang zur Untermiete angeboten. Eine längere Vermietung ist aber möglich.

There is also a balcony. There is currently no furniture in the apartment except for a small couch.
