Ich biete mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim Aristotelessteig für 6 Monate ab dem 24. Februar zur Untermiete an. Das Apartment hat circa 20 qm und ist voll möbliert, außerdem hat es eine eigene kleine Küche, eigenes Bad und es gibt einen Waschmaschienenraum im Keller. Die Lage ist in der Nähe des HTW Campus Treskowallee. Die U-Bahn Station Tierpark und die Tram Treskowallee sind beide zu Fuß zu erreichen, genauso viele verschiedene Supermärket (Lidl, Aldi, Netto, Kaisers, Edeka).

Wahrscheinlich kannst du Anfang September auch ein paar Tage länger bleiben.
Die Miete beträgt 235€ im Monat und Kaution 400€.

I am subletting my apartment in the student dorm Aristotelessteig for 6 months starting 24th February. The whole apartment has approximately 20 qm and is fully furnished. It also has an own kitchen and bathroom. There are several washing machines in the basement shared by all students. It is located next to HTW Campus Treskowallee. The U-Bahn Station Tierpark is in walking distance, so is the Tram Station Treskowallee and several supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Netto, Kaisers, Edeka).

Also you will most likely be able to stay longer for a couple of days in September if you want.
The rent is 235€ per month and security deposit amounts to 400€.
Since the lease contract is with Studentenwerk Berlin the apartment can only be sublet to another student!
