My name is Jil and I am a 29 year old photographer. I spend this summer in the Swiss alps, so I want to rent my flat in Berlin Köpenick to a tidy and conscientious Person. Important for me is to find someone who wants to rent the flat for the whole duration while I am away. So at least from the first of May until the end of September. You can also move into the flat immediately, because I am already gone yet.
All the organisation stuff does my boyfriend for me. He is still in Berlin.
The flat is a two room flat with a nice and new bathroom and a simple kitchen which has all basics you need inside. Of course there is fast WiFi and a washing machine as well.
The bigger one of the two rooms I already preparred for rent before I left Berlin. This room is for you and it’s a very cosy place with a lot of space for your clothes and stuff inside. It has a working table and a huge bed inside as well.
In the other room I keep all my personal stuff While I am away. So this one is not to rent.
The flat is in Berlin Köpenick and its a very quiet street but you are very close to the train station Köpenick as well. although a huge forest and a lot of shopping Centers and supermarkets are very close as well. The bus stop is right in front of the house and the bus goes every ten minutes and takes you to s Bahnhof Köpenick in two minutes.
You can move into the flat immediately if you want to, because I am already gone yet.
