Ich vermiete ab Januar 2022 bis März 2022 meine Einraumwohung in Köpenick, Berlin. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und befindet sich in der 2. Etage. Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Raum mit Schlaf- und Essbereich sowie einer separaten Küche und einem Bad mit Badewanne. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Fahrradstellplätze sind vor der Tür zu finden.
I'll rent my one-room apartment in Köpenick, Berlin from January to March The apartment is fully furnished and consists of a large room with a sleeping and dining area as well as a separate kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Washing machine and dryer are also available directly in the flat.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator in the house.
There are bicycle parking spaces outside.

Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Busse zum S-Bahnhof Köpenick fahren alle 10 Minuten. Tramstationen sind in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein NP-Supermarkt ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Weitere Supermärkte wie Aldi, Lidl und Rewe sind in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch das Allende-Center ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Große Müggelsee ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und die Umgebung bietet gute Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren im Grünen und zum Baden.
A bus stop is right in front of the door. Buses to the Köpenick S-Bahn station run every 10 minutes. Tram stations can be reached in about 10 minutes. A NP supermarket is only a 2-minute walk away. Other supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidl and Rewe can be reached in 10-15 minutes. The Allende Center is also within walking distance.
The Große-Müggelsee-lake is only a stone's throw away and the area offers good opportunities for walking in the countryside and for swimming
