Sehr geräumige Wohnung für 1 Person, direkt am Fluss gelegen, mit Blick auf den Park, Straßenbahnanschluss 3 Minuten entfernt zu fuß, S-Bahn Köpenick auch zu Fuß erreichbar allerdings etwa 15 Minuten. Voll möbliertes Wohnzimmer + Schlafzimmer und Küche mit Geräten wie Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, und Herd. Großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne vorhanden. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Aufzug ist auch verfügbar.

Die Mietzeit ist zunächst befristet, kann aber in Zukunft eventuell verlängert werden. Wir suchen jemanden, der sauber und ordentlich ist, Partys sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt und Rauchen in der Wohnung ist verboten, bitte nur auf dem Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist für Home-Office geeignet, WLAN-Anschluss ist im Mietpreis enthalten, Heizung ist ebenfalls inbegriffen, außer Stromkosten. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.

Spacious flat for 1 person located next to the river, overlooking the park, tram connection 3 minutes away. S bahn Köpenick reachable by foot as well. Fully furnished living room, bedroom and kitchen with modern utensils. Washing machine and bathtub available. Calm neighbourhood. Elevator also available.

The rental period is initially limited but could potentially be extended in the future. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, parties are not allowed in the flat. Pets are not allowed and smoking inside the apartment is prohibited, only on the balcony.
The flat is very convenient for home office, with WLAN connection included in the rental price, heating is also included, excluding electricity costs. Anmeldung is not possible.
